At our September meeting, we welcomed local author Alex Weddon, who read a selection of stories from his latest book, Close Calls on the Farm: Survival of the Funniest. A Stockbridge native, Weddon is now editor and publisher of The Grass Lake Times, in which stories of his childhood have appeared in serial format for several years before being compiled into a book.
